Hello photrio,
I've been trying to figure out what type of electronic wires the minolta SRT uses. Does a cable like THIS work? if so which one works? since there is a conductor resistance and a current, would prefer not t fry the camera. I could use a multimeter and measure it but I don't have...
Thanks for all the suggestions so it is possible to remove it thats good news! I probably will go over some of the options in the next weeks and decide I don't want to rush anything.
Hello people,
This is one for the Pentax aficionados. I bought a pentad KX from eBay advertised as broken, the film counter wasn't working and was lose in the housing so I opened it to investigate. The screw of the counter broke off, I watched a video were it says that the screw has to be...

I...

New update, the brass screw is indeed there to make adjustments, I had a SRT which was broke took the string connected it first on the aperture ring then to the aperture plate. There was still wiggle room so I adjusted it perfectly with the brass screw. Now everything is assembled and seem to...
I'm currently trying to figure out the length of the pulley, the one that was on it only went to f11 and the other one teared when I tried to make adjustments on the brass screw marked in the picture, the adjustment room for the pulley seems very small. You also have to count in the position of...
thank you I was kind of stuck and you made me think out of the box I tried a different approach and it worked I will later follow up on how I fixed it.
okay so I changed the part however on assembly I encounter this problem, there is a spring which creates the tension on the aperture plate wich is connected with the front with a string. I have to turn the spring 2 times and then put the aperture plate on top however there is no space to keep...
