With 3d printing you should be able to make good copies of oem lens hoods. Adapt them to thread mount because the click tabs may be hard to reproduce. Would there be a market for these custom hoods?

I have dealt with knight camera on ebay. He rebuilds and sells camera all the time has a ton of parts. Always worth showing him a message rehther then buying a whole parts camera...

My first slr was a k1000 purchased new. Think I got a 50mm lens with it. Still have both. Need to replace the lens release button which I have but it is a bigger job then I expected and am a little afraid to tear it that far apart.
