Yes, I'm aware of that. Mine are used occasionally on my Z5 and X-T4/X-E5 (with focal reducer). But for autofocus, the last f/2.8 I'm aware of was Canon's EF 135mm f/2.8 SF. The problem is they are really expensive. The film 135mm f/2.8 lenses were really cheap compared to anything available new today.

Wherever I set the aperture, the LEDs stay on 60 and 125 and blink like it's doing a battery check. Even in manual, adjusting the shutter speed or aperture makes no difference - the LEDs continue to blink on 60 and 125.

Trying out this camera withe 50mm f/1.8 series E. Two LEDs illuminate and blink at 125 and 60 when I half press the shutter button, but no matter what I do I can’t get any change of positions of these LEDs when I adjust the shutter speed or aperture, or set the camera to A or P. With my M42 Pentax 50mm f/1.4 lens, I just sat it in direct sunlight on a windowsill for about 2 weeks and most of the yellowing disappeared.
