I think I like the split rangefinder design the most. It's really convenient and really stands out when you're focusing. . I just ran a roll through mine and it ripped a bunch of sprocket holes for some reason. I don't see why it did that. I don't think it was because I didn't put the film on...

Aw man, I haven't had a chance to shoot mine yet. I love the ergonomics of it though. The combined rangefinder/viewfinder is a really interesting idea (and not hard for me to use) and I love the way it pops open. I do have a long list of cameras to shoot though, so it'll get shot eventually...

I have actually built and used this, the design kind of sucks and is awkward to use. It is an option but it's not a good one imo. It could be the rubberbands I used tbh but at the same time it was just difficult to take out and shoot with. It would be a lot easier to invest in the original...

9x12cm cameras also look really cool. I think one reason they're not used more is that they're not as standard as 4x5 is. I love taking mine out and shooting 120 out of them. There's also one with a kalart rangefinder that I really want but need to wait because I already spent my camera money haha.
