    Karl Matthias's ( relistan here) PC-512 Borax is also good for pushing. I have tried 1 stop push with it and got good results. OP may visit this post by Karl for reference.

    Can you suggest what is the approximate longevity of FX-55 solution A? Mine was 1 year old and I think the activity reduced somewhat. Also I use the PG version of solution B, that may also be weakened!

    Definitely try PC-512, it's a wonderful developer. Presently I am mostly using it as my go to developer.
