I shot 8x10 portraits for a lot of years and had a number published in magazines. I had the Ebony SV810 camera, which had enough bellows draw to use a longer lens like the Fuji 450C. The 450 was my favorite lens although I also used the Fuji 300C a lot.
You'll have to jump in and try it.

Hey guys,
I just thought I would mention this because I was surprised how much I liked it.
I was given the new 35mm f2.8 to review for my youtube channel.
Now I don't need a new 35mm lens as I have the Zeiss ZM f2 and the f1.4, however I agreed to try the lens, so I did.
I ran a bunch of tests...
I found the carbon tripods too light since the camera with a dark cloth attached takes on a 'kite like' performance when the wind blows.

Not sure if there's anything new here but I just received it.

I find that I don't use the green very often. For me the 040 from B+W is the most useful. It looks orange to me but they call it dark yellow. I also use the 022 yellow a bit and the 090 red the least.
You can see examples of the effect on these two youtube videos I did.
Thanks guys, useful perspectives.
As a reference to how I would use it... I would expect to use it for portraits. This article about me on the Ilford website would give you an idea of the type of work I would use it for... https://www.ilfordphoto.com/rodeo-cowboys/ .
Hey Guys, I could use some 'group knowledge' before I spend all my money on a 75mm lens for my camera.
Any feedback you have on these lenses is greatly appreciated, especially if you really like the lens, or really don't like it.
Let's assume I'll be shooting towards the wide-open end of the...
