yeah, but for $40 for camera and lens, how can you go wrong with an N80? I mean, really? and if you don't like it you will get your investment back. unlike buying more expensive manual cameras. I just went through this as I started film in january and spent a bunch of money on several nikons...
Midwest Photo had Fuji xperia 400 back in stock for $16/ 3pack today. 20 pack limit on orders.
they lasted 45 minutes.
I didn't see the email until it was too late :(
The cost of materials to replace the seals would be way less than the cost of a roll of film. Craft felt with sticky back cut on one of those rotary paper cutters, the kind that have a guide for the roller blade, works very well. the cutter might cost $10, but has a zillon other uses also...
sorry, silver, but it does have finger grip!
Listed on this site. Dirt cheap too, only the equivalent of 2 N80's. (depending on how good of an ebailer you are)
I actually bought it here too.
Hope you enjoyed this short commercial break, Now, back to your regularly scheduled programming
If they ever have it again, I check 5 stores on a regular basis and none have had 400 since early March, or before. I wasn't checking as often until they raised the prices, which was dumb!
It was one of those "oh, cool, meijer is the go to spot and will always have at this price!" so wrong :(
Meijer has raised their prices about a month ago, now $22 for 3 roll pack of Fuji 200. The 400 has been out of stock since prices were raised. If they ever get it back in stock it is now $25/ 3 roll.
