I’m looking for one too…
I’ve got a 2x3 Crown Graphic that has the bi-pin electric shaver sync contacts but my 4x5 Crown needs an ASA Kodak connector too.
When i was the photo editor of my college newspaper, i spooled up 12-14 exposures for the other photographers to use for assignments. Typically they got a roll with every assignment card they picked up. Kept them from running 3-4 photos for the newspaper and 20-24 for personal use. I didn’t...
I just finished a roll to roll comparison of Ektachrom 100 and Fujichrome 100 (Provira).
Shot in a Canon model 7 and a Canon model P. I metered and did a test shot with my Canon 5D4, then shot the same scene/object with both film bodies, swapping either my Canon 50mm f1.4 or Canon 35mm f2.0 as...
it looked like they cut a lot of the front end off and the last bit left in the cassette though, looked to be at least a frame's worth of stock, if not close to two frames. i had gotten to where i could get the film loaded (with proof by the spinning rewind lever) and lose only about a frame...
how cool is THAT!!!!
i looked it up and thought, wow. $90 is a lot of money for something that looks a lot like a plastic version of a stainless tank and then started looking closer. then i watched the video (on the lomography site). other than that inversion method of agitation being...
i just bought a Beseler 45MCRX enlarger yesterday. $100 but it only has the 35mm negative carrier. ive seen them on the 'bay for about $30 so im not too worried. i dont know if i need a proper lens for it or not though. i didnt look at it when i unloaded it into the garage. im REALLY HOPING i...
ive got one! i thought i had lost it, but then found it in a filing cabinet drawer. still had a roll of tri-x 400 film in it. popped in some fresh batteries and made some more photos. i havent developed the film yet. must be over 25 years old but the house is never above 74o so it shouldnt...
i was gifted this from a friend who got it from his uncle, who had no use for it.
too bad its basically an interchangeable lens, point and shoot.
its fully automatic. came with the two sigma brand lenses (with their own cases).
28-80 f3.5~4.5
75-250 f4~5
my high school counselor and her husband an industrial arts teacher bought into the Noritsu QSS system just before i graduated high school in 1983. it was primarily (i think) for their son who was about 24y old, to have a decent job. he wasnt dumb, he had pretty good knowledge about a lot of...
yep. i used an index card for a while then used a piece of scrap mat board that was much more resilient. ive used a white plastic spoon too, scotch taped to the head because my index card had gotten lost....
thats what's nice about the Canon speedlites. they have that little piece of white...
THIS!
ive seen one particular 'professional' photographer (actually solid acquaintance of mine) shoot with one of those a) in a hockey rink with the opening to the side (i think it was like a rogue flash bender) and b) with the rubber bubble one, on her speedlite, outdoors, pointed AT THE SKY...
we had one in the Noritsu lab i worked in during college. when youre processing anywhere close to 200 rolls or more of 35mm film a day, you get to love them. every now and again though, they wouldnt grab the film, so into the darkbox with an adapter it went...
i have a Zeiss Super Ikonta (in 6x9) that came in one of those. THAT is a pain because you only get 8 shots per roll of film so in and out a LOT if you shoot much at all....
