I’d love to see Delta 400 available in sheet film, but if I had to guess I’d imagine it’s one of their color film stocks. I have no basis for that, so it will be interesting to see what they’ve had in the works.
Just to clarify something that may or may not already be understood: the SL66 and SLX use different lens mounts; lenses are not directly interchangeable between them. If you're looking to adapt and aren't interested in the camera bodies then it's important to note you'll need a helicoid adapter...
I avoid the metal and PVC jacketed cable releases in cold weather. I have a couple cloth ones, and if I were buying more now I’d get the cloth Gepe.

There's some lovely work here. Maris, that's a beautiful image!
Here's mine - this one is old, from 2024. Digital scan, but I have a Van Dyke print floating around that I'll have to dig out. FP4, Canham DLC, and 90mm lens.
Not quite a one man band. Mr. Leonid Kopilevich is also doing repair work at Paepke Fototechnik and there are at least two other people involved administratively that I'm aware of. The work won't be cheap but it will be done well, and they stand behind it.

The 270mm f5.5 Tele-Arton certainly exists - I have one! Actually, I like it. For most situations I much prefer my 300mm lens, but specifically for portraiture the Tele-Arton is quite nice. The synchro-compur aperture has 10 blades and is nicely rounded. I have not tried any other copies and I...
Aside from pyrogallol/pyrocatechin, there’s also the metol/phenidone difference. Pyrocat HDC might be more directly comparable to 510 pyro, because both use phenidone and ascorbic acid. I haven’t used 510 pyro so I’ll leave that part of the discussion to others, but pyrocat HD and MC are...
Hello everyone,
Up for sale is a fairly unique Keith Canham 10x12 camera. This is built on Keith's 8x10 frame so it can take a conversion back and bellows for 8x10 or 7x17, although this camera includes reducing backs for 8x10 (as seen in the photos here) and 5x7. I can provide photos of the...
