Hi, I'm Hunter

I'm an amateur collector and occasional shooter of film cameras with a particular interest in pre-1960 Kodak cameras, roll-film Polaroids and American made 35mm rangefinders. My goal is to better gain an understanding of the procedures, practice and technique that photographers employed when these cameras were new. Thus, I'm not a hard line collector, nor have I ever claimed to be an expert photographer.

I am pretty technically inclined, I CLA my own cameras and am not afraid of fabricating and tinkering with old cameras. I often reanimate dead film formats (127, 828, No.35, Type 30 Land Picture Roll to name a few.)

In years past I have been active on the Photo.net forums, but decided to join here as I saw more folks with similar interests to myself.
