Hello @yansa . As a Sprint user myself, I share your frustration at the relative lack of comparative documentation on their chemistry. I only have limited information for you - I, personally, found Sprint Standard (film) to provide better shadow separation than HC-110 in one single comparison...

Very easily, indeed. Fresh chemistry and at least 60 seconds in the Stop (I do two minutes) in my experience.

I believe @Donald Qualls has a great deal of experience with all manner of Foma / Arista in 120. He is probably the best person to consult.
