How much improved is the image made by Hasselblad CFi lenses over the CF lenses?

You mentioned it already. But did you also notice no difference with the modern 33x44 mm digital sensor shifted 12 mm horizontally?

How much improved is the image made by Hasselblad CFi lenses over the CF lenses?

Thanks a lot! I would also like to find similar sources for Mamiya 67 lenses of K/L, APO and Floating System generation. In my experience, their performance on digital sensors is breathtaking. Unfortunately, my searches were unsuccessful.

How much improved is the image made by Hasselblad CFi lenses over the CF lenses?

Can you show me where I can read about it? Was it in the oficial press release? It probably depends on the type of digital sensor used. I checked two copies of the Distagon F 50/2.8 FLE lens, which were produced about 12 years apart. I used the combination of Fuji GFX sensor and Hartblei HV-S...

If you are not aware to shoot digital, then you will see no difference. CFi together with CFE have much less chromatic aberrations (if any) than the lenses from the 80s. Distagon 40 IF is exceptional.

Did any of you actually use the Mamiya RB67 75mm S/L 4.5 shift lens for architecture?

First of all, almost all Mamiya 67 lenses perform great on a digital sensor. Using the Sekor-Shift 75 it is possible to stitch a panorama with 32 mm shift left/right (20 mm of Sekor-Shift 75 plus 12 mm Hartblei RBZ adapter): here is the single frame...

Young enthusiast looking for a digital back for my Hasselblad 500 C

Thanks a lot! They fixed it in March this year.

Young enthusiast looking for a digital back for my Hasselblad 500 C

Getdpi does not work for newcomers. I tried it a couple of years ago and, although you can complete the registration process, you won't receive a response. Sending personal email messages to the moderators won't help either. I also tried the hybrid section of this forum, but unfortunately it was...

The Sekor-Shift has a 124 mm image circle, the biggest among medium format lenses. It is possible to shoot 73 x 84 mm digital image with the Sekor-Shift 75 using the Fujifilm GFX camera in combination with the dual shift adapter.

    Hasselblad lens choice - 80 vs 60 vs 50 vs 40mm

This may be true about the old Distagons. However, the Distagon 40 CFE with FLE system is quite compact with no distortion at the edges.

    Hasselblad lens choice - 80 vs 60 vs 50 vs 40mm

Reading all comments here I must confess that my choice would be the F-Distagon. I had great fun shooting with my Zodiak-8 many years ago. Now I have the F-Distagon, which is better suited to digital photography. To avoid fancy distortions, one should only manage to keep the horizon straight...

Haze in Hasselblad wide prime lenses for the V system.

I would correct the end of your sentence: (or maybe a 40 IF if I sell a kidney)

    Hasselblad lens choice - 80 vs 60 vs 50 vs 40mm

Just shoot wide open checking the focusing accuracy on the digital image.

    Hasselblad lens choice - 80 vs 60 vs 50 vs 40mm

If you had the opportunity to borrow a digital back, you would quickly realize how wrong your assumption is. The Minolta ground glass Acute Matte is crucial for precise focusing.

    Hasselblad lens choice - 80 vs 60 vs 50 vs 40mm

Well, the 40 IF has a leaf shutter too, but I think you meant the impact of mirror vibrations, which can also be switched off when using a tripod.

    Hasselblad lens choice - 80 vs 60 vs 50 vs 40mm

You should try the Distagon 40 IF introduced by Carl Zeiss in 2003. This lens resolves 200 lpmm.
