Earlier post. I mentioned the broken funnel for the EVO which was revealed on opening the box.
A replacement has just been received from Reflex Lab - just over one week from telling them about the broken part.....
Well pleased with their service.
I used one of these low heat clothes driers back in the 1960s - excellent for babies napkins worn those days. (UK OLDER readers will probably know them as the Flatley Clothed Drier...)
I cleaned th sides... slapped on the old Agfa wet prints on the enamelled sides and switch on and...
In an earlier post Imentioned the Evo unit arrived with a broken funnel. I informed them of this and sent a photo as requested... They replied within hours that a new part would be sent....

A replacement funnel is now in transit from Reflex Lab...just 3 days after informing them of...
Run a keen eye over it anyway....I checked the box and the broken part was not in the box so as far as I am concerned it was packed and sent broken...
Thouroughly inspected - ? Mmmm, otherwise it would not have arrived with a broken part.
My email to Reflex Lab sent yesterday afternoon was replied to and a new funnel part is on the way..
I also mentioned to them the need to include in the manual details about the speed/rpm
which would help new owners.
I just removed mine from the box for testing and found the funnel portion with a hinge was broken..the broken piece was no where in he box so I figure it was packed like it. Its a nice machine but for this.

Dont think rotation reversal is exclusive to this machine Isnt there a couple of other machines that reverse but I'm not sure time duration of each direction
