Yes, this was taken in the late 70's. I taught photography to teenagers in an inner city art center and photographed the neighborhood with my students. I used a handheld Crown Graphic, 2-1/4--3-3/4 roll film back, they used 35mm. Many of my photos from roaming the neighborhoods are on my web gallery- www.SunbeamPhotoGallery.com
