Lovely print, as usual, Wolfgang! Really beautiful!

Is the RPX400 the new APX400 from Rollei? It seems that ECO developer raises film speed with Plus-X also, to double its ISO at EI 250, but I understand without any change in film curve compared to EI 125. But are you saying that the RPX400 gets a 'new' curve using ECO by under-exposing?
