Wood & Steel Wrecks

Taken last week on the Fisher Fleet in Kings Lynn (about a mile from my home) I've heard through the grapevine that these old wrecks are to be cleared away soon to 'imrove the visual amenity of the area'(!) Though I'd better record a few before they went.

It all depends on your view of wrecks. They fit the location. I love wandering amongst these kind of things and so do lots of others I'll bet. They are not litter unless you are a councillor and have some cracked idea about improving the area for tourism.

Councillors are the same people who smash a vase in the Egyptian museum to the horror of the curator who tells them it was over 3000 yrs old and in unison they say: "Well thank goodness it wasn't new"
