It is a pay toilet. I guess they can get away with it as it is private property.

haha wow, pay to pee..... also this is really interesting for Ektar100, it's way less contrast than I've seen and less blue in cast to, what's you're secret? skylight filter?

No- this is straight-up unfiltered, no flash, no nothing. Just me and the Rolleiflex. The low contrast is explained by the lighting conditions- it's under a roof, with only indirect diffuse lighting.
