Wither

A self portrait taken a few months ago, directly outside of my bedroom.
Everything has changed in the last three years.
12 years of living with this scene outside my room every morning and I never noticed it until I left.
My shadow, cast over that light switch, is just a skeleton of what it would've been.
burying myself in the life of photography has taken a physical toll, but for the things I see now, it's worth it.

Hope you enjoy this one, I think I'll use up my 5 for the day before I go to bed, since I've only had two in the last year and a half.

Very interesting shot. That light switch appears to be floating in space.
