Windblown Japanese Maple

Taken at night? Very lovely. The picture has that Zen, peaceful quality but the darkness gives it an edge.

I've loved the sweep of this Japanese maple, which is in the front yard of the house where I grew up. Yes, this photograph was taken at night with just the light from the front stoop illuminating the scene. Thanks for your comment, Digidurst.

Daniel, this is nice. Was this a night shot. The light on the leaves make them look like butterflys swarming to the tree.
