FP4 in Rodinal 1:25 -9 minutes came out a bit too grainy for my tastes. Maybe I will shorten the development times a little on the next roll.

Rodinal during development will sharpen the grain to give you very sharp looking photographs. It is not a good low grain developer. Try acufine or something maybe from Ilord since you are using their film.
