Very nice, Alan! It has struck me before how the leafs on both these nettles as well as the hydrangea (that JBrunner posted a photograph of recently) have similar growth patterns. Don't know if they're related, but they sure make for some very interesting compositions with their perpendicular leaf pairs.
I love the subdued subtle lighting.

Thanks Thomas! These, Believe it or not belong to the Mint Family and are not related to the Excellent picture posted a couple of days ago. They do not sting, unlike the Common Nettle.
