The buffet price gives it away. As for the vehicles, there's a mid-60s (64 or 65) Cadillac sticking its tailfins into the far left edge. The pickup on the far right is a late 1940s Ford.

Probably a movie set in Toronto, or a prop for the Toronto International Film Festival, taken last week.

THe photograph is recent and could have been taken last week. A couple of vintage cars parked in front of an old store front. The Lotto sign gave it away along with the more modern price for the buffet as Paul stated.

Well, it looks like you are all off by a mile. This is one of the locations used for the movie Hairspray and unconnected to the Toronto International Film Festival. The location is Dundas St at Roncesvales.

This is one of the good photos if you are into perfection. On my Flickr site I have more funky photos due to the fact I was using 10 year old agfa APX 100.
