Shot while returning to my parked car in Minneapolis... After seeing how the folks in London have had it for a few weeks, this hit home for me...Not sure what drives people who have a complete lack of respect for people and property.

Hey Thanks Thomas.... It's actually not my windscreen... It's the front door to the parking ramp/bus terminal. I go through here to get to the elevator to where my car is on the 4th floor... Could not resist getting a shot!
I certainly dobn't have all the answers, however my best guess is that poor parenting and lack of assimilation of good morals might be a starting point of figuring out what drives them to do stuff like this. Hmm, maybe not being held accountable for ones actions could be found on the list. Think these might be a good start? Bill Barber
