Wet Plate Collodion - blurry tree detail

Its been months since I poured any. My collodion is a deep red and slow as can be. All seemed to still be working... far from perfect pours, but part of me likes that.

For some reason I was interested in trees today.

there is something about the imperfect pour, and the shallow dof
that makes me think i am looking UP through water
or DOWN through ice. this is a beautiful effect!
