I had to search for info on the Stowe Hardware and Supply Co. building. It was built in 1903 for the Studebaker Brothers Manufacturing and purchased by Stowe Hardware in 1918. Stowe went out of business in 1998. Looks like one of its present day functions is a place for cellular equipment on the roof of the tower.
