It will be difficult to make an efffective print of this negative due to a veiwer's eye being drawn to light areas.

i love this shot laurent and look forward to seeing the print if/when you post it. i love the point of view you chose and MY eye is drawn immediately to the tuft of grass, NOT the light areas of the background. but thats me...

I really like the division of space. Burning in bright horizontal strip of building on RHS to about darkness of rest of building would be my preference to open up diagonal/near-far interplay.

I agree it might be difficult to print, I'd like to maintain the focus on the weed. I find it quite hard to predict what it will print like based on a scan (and I don't want to spend too much time on scanning, I have too many things to learn about film and photography)
