Weathered Wood - Shadows on Sand. Suffolk, England.

I really like the shapes in this, Tom. I suspect that there is much more information in the neg than the scan shows - look forward to seeing a real print.

Hello Rob,

The negative scanned fine with all the detail. This is simply how I adjusted the levels. I thought about doing some "burning-in" in Photoshop to maintain all the detail in the wood but just wanted to get the image up on APUG for the moment. My main concern was to get the textures and tones of the shadows and sand "right".

PS) Perhaps me, you, Phil Dresser et al. should think about a meet-up sometime one weekend, APUG East Anglia if you will.
