Wearable Art Show

There was an organization in Seattle called the "Friends of the Rag"; they were artists who made art that could be worn. This image was made at a show held out at one of the piers in the harbor, I believe in 1976. I'm not sure that the organization still exists, but I'll never forget their phone number. Maybe I should call it. Mad cow 3.
