Watergate Complex balconies

I'm sure there are still stories this place could share, but it would be ancient history at this point. Interesting to see the various special pillar type railings on all but the one area of the singular floor there. Hard to tell from this POV as to why the difference. Exposure and perspective from this angle all look spot on.....nice!

If I'm not mistaken, the apartments that have no balcony in front are actually two-story duplex units. Even the 1-bedroom units are large - 1500 sq ft. The monthly fees are correspondingly large as well.
