I guess I wish to ask (albeit, probably rhetorically) Why EI 1600 when grain and resolution would have been superb with an EI of 200 (with the camera upon a tripod). "People blur" would have been acceptable here, even helping to impart the feeling of movement. But the real virtue would have been an even better overall image with the most important aspects, in this case, the rigid, stable structural elements, being better, and more sharply, portrayed. - David Lyga
