Nicely done.
I do not know if you are a Paris resident but, one can see it is winter, late.
The river is almost overflowing so snow must be melting, there is no one else around and the trees have no leaves.
Amazingly I think you could have taken this shot, with a longer lens, in the Summer as well, tourists hardly ever venture there even though it is a great, safe walk.

Thanks for comment and it was either spring or autumn, as I have never been there in winter. But why would I have wanted a longer lens?

I meant that, is that in the Summer or Spring, there would be tons of people around and you could then use to try and isolate one person, albeit in a smaller area.
With the Seine that high it could have been early Spring.
But, this is all Bull! What is important is that it is a wonderful photograph!

For those interested: river Seine flow and height is controlled by filling up Lac d'Orient in wintertime and emptying in summertime:
