Some time ago we went for a walk in the Welsh mountains. This place is magical, and it is very advisable to take a compass, a good map and some decent clothes with you. the weather changed constantly and very rapidly, but the beauty and the quietness of the place was overwhelming.

THIS IS UNBELIEVABLY GOOD.
Looks like a Mars expedition..
 
I could take exception to having Wales compared to Mars ;-).
It is not alway like this, but the weather can change very rapidly in the mountains. Seems like mid/north Wales to me.
Captured the mood well here.
