OK, evertime I look at the gallery recently I am drawn to this picture. I like it. Something about the expressions.

Thanks very much. The expressions are interesting to me because the contact sheet shows them laughing and being completely silly in perhaps 7 of 8 exposures. Before this one, I explained that I would donate the negatives from my documentary work to the state archives some day and that people in 100 years may be looking at them and wondering about their lives...

That's tons more coaching than I normally do.

Wonderful photograph. The light was perfect and this reminds me of Mary Ellen Marks work. That's good.
