Vintage Bus Shelter, Rome

This is where I got the bus to go to the Vatican Museum, on the Lungotevere. I'm guessing it is post-war, maybe as late as the mid-50s, although it could be pre-war/30's. There's a newsstand in the middle of the structure. Today working there wouldn't be so bad, but back in the day I would imagine it would be quite a choking experience with all the unfiltered diesel exhaust blowing in all day long.
