Hello Jazzman. When looking at this image my eye wanders all over the place...and am kind of distracted by the pile of rocks on the left. There are a number of ways you can crop this image to help...IMO. Let me ask you a question...What message are you trying to convey to the viewer ?

Having been there, this breathes "Norvege" to me. I too am wondering about the rock "structure"...? The lack of "scale" increases the mystery ... mountains or small rocks along a fjord?

The isolation I feel looking at this one is amazing.

Thanks for the comments. Indeed, my eye wanders also all over the place; but I don't really know how I can fix this. Maybe a more contrasty foreground?
The message I'm trying to convey is as TPPhotog said, the isolation I also felt when I was there.
It's a beautul place, captured from 1800 meter high. The rocks you see must be some 800m high, the U-shape valley is from a glacier.
