Lovely woman, nice warm tones and appropriately soft catchlights, but the pose leaves something to be desired. It looks as if she's lifting her head off her shoulders! Hands with heads are the toughest combo to take IMO.

I like how symmetrical the entire shot is. You could cut it right in half! Just have to disagree with that last comment about the pose and lifting the head off. There's a bit of neck still showing behind her front hand.

The light is just beautiful for a controlled setting. I can't even flip through Fortune or Forbes anymore because their pictures make me ill. They'll have a person perfectly softbox lit up in a dark house or out on the street in sunlight. ?????
