I think you should try it without the diaper.

Tom, I considered it but decided to use the diaper. My primary concern without the diaper was that this particular child is very long and lean, and in this sort of shot would've looked much too old without the diaper. Would've looked like a naked five-year-old -- not to my liking at all.
