In my pictures I stride to keep the subject of the photo in a somewhat timeless state. Another thing that I love, is to give the viewer of my photos a slight feeling of not knowing what they are looking at.

Good pose, good contact with the eyes. On the other hand the hair is too dark, it is almost a black blob. Shadowcast is too prominent. Move the model further from the wall. Use a second light/flash or some reflector. Careful exposure and printing helps !
The background is a little bit distracting too.
