Fashion aside, this is quite timeless. I like how the shadow is going the opposite way from the trompe d'oeil on the door. As in so many portraits, the eyes anchor it.

There's something funny with this. If I scroll up or down, her blouse darkens and lightens again. Almost like the stupid cell phone shots. Am I the only one noticing this? Nice shot, by the way. Good lighting, and as mentioned, good shadow and catch lights in her eyes.
