I dunno, but the older girl's hand bothers me. It may be just an instantaneous miss, but it really does look, as an earlier poster alluded, that she is twisting the ear of the little one. I really like this image. I just wish it was captured 1 second earlier or later.

Yes and made worse by the schoolmarmish look on the older girl's face which makes it both comical and slightly disturbing, adding to the impact of it.

I agree somewhat but it still is an interesting picture and makes us question what the hell is going on here. Like the child molester picture. What the hell is going on in these pictures.

The older girl is Mom and who knows what their doing. I scrambled to get this one shot off before the other two kids were too far away.

After looking at it for quite a while, I've decided that Blansky is right - the timing was perfect. It bothers the viewer with its unpleasantness, and that is a good thing.
