I don't know what the Carneige Centre is, but it looks like it did at least one person in😉. Nice capture. More interesting scene with the human element than without.

The area has many homeless, drug addicts. Pretty sad place. I took this photo very early one Sunday morning a few summers ago.

Okay, from top down, first the overhead cables announce that it's a street car route and then the"Carnegie" pops up and I know this is something out of the ordinary. But then that sleeping chic shows up, and all the trash... My god, what a capture of urban ugliness. Well done.
