The texture of the building reminds me of sandpaper... and that central window feels like it has it's own glow. Well done.

My eyes were immediately drawn to that middle window, and then to the couple who are apparently enjoying the air. So my impression would be that the photo works both as excellent street photography, and likewise, as a very well done rendering of the building itself.

I find the symmetry makes this a really satisfying shot. The cut-offs around the frame draw the composition together, but also make the photo appear to want to take a deep breath and burst out of the frame. Good stuff!
