Thanks -- and that black burnt-out bit on the redwood on the left has a little detail and lots of texture in it (due to the raised relief of the print).
A majestic tree taken in majestic format. Very deserving ! The print is beautiful and deserves a special wall for display. You know the next phrase : __________________, Bogota, Colombia. No seriously, this is what photography is all about. I am glad to see the work of people who care and know to keep the craft at its best alive.
Absolutely lush and beautiful. If it were on my wall i would be staring at it and studying it constantly. Never seen a carbon print, but even in apug squished facsimile it is amazing. That detail is so captivating and doesn't end....
This is so beautiful Vaughn, I can't stop looking at it. The incredible details and the light - I feel like I could be transported by walking through the gap in those trees.
Magnificent. A lot of work and a lot of experience obviously came together for this. I love the depth in the middle of the print, the other trees echoing the foreground.
