I'm loving the revelry in the geometric confusion. The streetlamps at first seem like an afterthought, but on second glance, it is as if the circular forms are longing for a far-off romance, hindered by the orgiastic angular riot between them.
Converging verticals are usually avoided wherever possible. Here they lend a dizzying sense of vertigo to a very richly toned image. My neck feels kinda' sore just looking at this.
It's one of the most dynamic building facades I've ever seen. Converging verticals be damned, this just needed to be photographed in all its multi-planar glory.
The first time I looked at this I couldn't see the street lamps, but the post by mfohl made me take another look. This image has much more to it than first meets the eye. Well spotted.
