I like the way you have shown the apparently calm water suddently becoming rapid around the boat which explains why it has sunk. The viewer has a complete explanaton of a story in this shot or at least can supply his own explanation.

I also think that the sky is correctly subdued to avoid taking attention away from the foreground and sunken boat.

The only slightly distracting bit is the white spot under the trees on the far side of the bridge. It may be a genuine reflective object such as a car windscreen or metal but as it isn't possible to see what it is at this magnification it might be better to use spotting fluid to blend it in with the dark trees.

I'll have to check for this white spot, which might be a reflection on a car, if it's not a dust particle on the negative.

This boat is one of my favourite subjects at the moment.
