That's different. Mysterious, actually. What appears to be a barbed wire fence, really threw me off when I noticed it. Somehow I thought I was looking at store fronts through a curtain. Doesn't matter what it is, though, the images quite arresting.

Doug (and @awty@warden and @MurrayMinchin), thank you for the compliment. The fencing was up during repair work on the bridge. I shot this at night, from the back of a taxi. The big construction floods cast great shadows.
