If you add a small amount of sodium or potassium thiocyanate or sodium thiosulphate, you will get better speeds at the shorter times, as the highlights will clear up

I think I like the 100ASA at 12 minutes (don't you mean EI?) I think, though without seeing close I can't be sure.Really neat, I hope you post final results and full chemical instructions and perhaps sourcing info, this is great!

If you started with ASA it is hard to use EI. Both the same just changed the name of the standard

Are you sure that's correct? ASA/ISO/DIN are film SPEED numbers, EI means Exposure Index and is used as the EXPOSURE number but is not tied to the actual speed of the film, they are two distinctly different things as far as I understand... The ASA of a given film is constant, an EI is a variable number...

Latest test shows that there's no benefit going 16mins with this film/dev combo. Law of diminishing returns. 100ASA (in daylight balanced lighting) seems to be a plateau . I also reckon 8mins is as good as 12mins. I'm still sure I've seen it done better but done know how or why. Of course there's still trying it with a weaker dilution say 1+1 at 16mins.
