I made this photograph in 2001. I've never printed it, nor scanned it for the web. If I returned to this spot, I'd photograph it differently, but I'm not unhappy with what I was able to see so many years ago.
Location
Tremen Glen, New York
Equipment Used
P67 and probably a 200 mm lens
Film & Developer
Delta 100 in ID11 1:1

Nice play on light, lines, and texture.

Another gem from the jovo stable. I particularly like the careful positioning of the camera to create that white gap between the rock and the opposite rock reflection.

Nice work, John. Is that lens flare or reflection in the left side dark rock face? I'd imagine a print would look much better.

Thank you, Clive, Thomas, and schrochem. Thomas, what you see must be a light reflection, because I am quite certain there was no flare.

Thanks, Bertus and tony. Film has become expensive enough to discourage the kind of fix-it-later shooting that is so rampant with digicams. Besides, designing the thing carefully is the fun part. Thanks again.
