Treeline, Kiyosato

I took this photograph outside the trainstation in the town of Kiyosato, Japan. It was snowing on and off that day, and it began snowing again shortly after I took this.

I would really like to hear some comments on this one. Composition, tonality, etc...

I think this image has some interesting potential. IMHO it should have printed completely graphical: maximum magenta.
On the left side there is a disturbing artefact.
 
Thanks for the suggestion, Marc. I'll crank up the contrast next time and see what happens. The artifact on the left will probably disapear as the sky whitens (it appears to be a light leak or something to that effect).

Hmm... it was the muddy look that attracted me to this image, but when I put this on fiber I'll do it both ways and see what happens.
