I like this, especially those wonderful high clouds. I do think it is a lttle heavy on the lower left corner. A slightly lighter rendering of the shore in that are would help balance the print a little more.
I saw these images coming into your personal gallery earlier this morning - I'm glad to see you've decided to let them linger in the critique gallery
That tree is just like most of us...a couple pay days missed, and you're living in your car...the combination of prescribed medications from different doctors has you on the edge of the bridge...if your lungs or heart stop for a 10 minute break from the mundane routine of their repetitious exitstance, you're dead...
Please keep posting images of this tree in the future, as I am now personally connected to this tree's existance / demise.
Thanks all for the kind words, and thanks Thomas and Murray for your suggestions.
Yes, I agree the foreground and trunk are a bit dark; I'll see what I can do with a bit of dodging. And your right Thomas the strong filtration is part of the culprit, though as I've been switching between chromes and negatives alot recently I've also realized that I sometimes forget to switch over my Organik 3D RGB Matrix Meter (my brains that is) from underexpose chrome mode to (over) expose for the shadows negative mode.
